How do I use the site?

What can I do on this site?

The LINCS Learner Center is a collection of free online resources to help you reach different goals, such as learning to read or becoming a U.S. Citizen. The resources on the site are organized by six goals. When you choose a resource to explore, a new tab will open on your browser and you will go to a different website. When you are done reading and want to go back to the LINCS Learner Center, click on the Learner Center tab.

Resources will open in a new tab or window in your web browser. To return to the Learner Center click on the Learner Center tab or window in your browser.

You can also use the Facebook Share button to share resources you like with your family and friends.

How can I find something in the LINCS Learner Center?

The LINCS Learner Center has a search box where you can type in keywords about what you are looking for or want to do. You can also click on the icon of a goal to find a resource to help you with that goal.

This site is a part of a project funded by the U.S. Department of Education. The resources on this site come from many different government agencies and other organizations. The U.S. Department of Education does not own or maintain these resources or endorse them.

The site is in phase one of development. As it continues to evolve, new updates will be announced on the LINCS homepage.
